By using the beta version of Health Cloud, you acknowledge that it is an experimental offering and we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any and all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the beta service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, or operate without interruption or error. Participation in the beta is voluntary. We may modify, update, or discontinue the beta Platform (or any part of it) at any time in our sole discretion, without notice or obligation to you. We welcome and appreciate user feedback during this beta period. However, providing feedback is entirely optional and at your discretion. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform (“Feedback”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting Feedback, you grant Health Cloud a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into our products or services, without any obligation to you. We are under no obligation to review, respond to, or implement your Feedback, and you will not be entitled to any compensation or credit for it.
