The Platform (including all software, AI features, and services) is still in development, may contain errors, bugs, or other defects, and is subject to change. During this beta phase, the Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform’s functions or content are correct, accurate, reliable, or complete. Users are advised to exercise caution and not rely on the beta Platform for any critical use cases, especially not for clinical decision-making or patient care. Any information or functionality in this beta may be incomplete or experimental, and you should independently verify any results or outputs before acting on them.

By using the beta version of Health Cloud, you acknowledge that it is an experimental offering and we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any and all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the beta service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, or operate without interruption or error. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Cloud disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the beta Platform. This limitation of liability applies to all categories of damages (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive), including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruptions, or even personal injury or wrongful death claims related to healthcare decisions made in reliance on the Platform. In no event shall Health Cloud be liable for any damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume all risks associated with using the Platform in this beta stage.

Participation in the beta is voluntary. We may modify, update, or discontinue the beta Platform (or any part of it) at any time in our sole discretion, without notice or obligation to you. We welcome and appreciate user feedback during this beta period. However, providing feedback is entirely optional and at your discretion. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform (“Feedback”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
